Moss offer a wide range of Plastic Protection Products for pipes and flanges. Our range of Pipe Protection offers solutions for the protection of pipes, pipe bevels and internal pipe walls from corrosion and damage.

Moss manufacture pipe caps for standard and non-standard pipe sizes, providing low cost, high quality protection for a wide range of diameters – from ½” up to 64”. Pipe Caps are available in injection moulded LDPE and Flexible PE. Heavy-Duty Recessed Pipe Caps and Bevel Plugs accept crane hooks and have excellent temperature thresholds.

Our injection moulded Ribbed Pipe Caps are offered in a large range of sizes - from 8mm to 1642mm inside diameter. The internal ribs on our Pipe Caps ensure a tight fit, and also release pressure build-up. These Ripped Pipe Caps meet ANSI and DIN specifications.

Ribbed Pipe-End Plug

Ribbed Pipe End Plugs provide excellent protection for pipes and tubes. These Pipe Plugs have flexible ribs of different diameters, allowing them to accommodate a variety of wall thicknesses. Ribbed pipe end plugs are Ideal for plugging copper tubes.

Our Heavy Duty Pipe Caps, featuring a reinforced design, will fit smaller pipe sizes. The Heavy Duty Pipe Caps come in black and yellow LDPE material.

Resistant to temperatures from -30°C to + 60°C, our Heavy Duty Recessed Caps protect pipe bevels and internal walls from corrosion and damage. They accept crane hooks for moving pipes during storage, transit and laying. Heavy Duty Recessed Caps are available with our without vent hole.
