Grommets

Grommet Sleeves provide extra support and protection for cables and wires passing through panels. Our Grommet Sleeves are supplied in four types. The Multi-Cable Grommet features a graduated sleeve which can be cut to requirements.

Quick-Fit Grommets snap neatly and easily into position. The black PVC Quick-Fit Grommets are offered in a range of dimensions.

Suiting a range of cable diameters, our Stepped Grommets feature a stepped sleeve which can be cut to requirements, acting as a blanking plug until cut. Stepped Grommets are supplied in black PVC.

Our black PVC Diaphragm Grommets are provided in two types. The thin central film of the Diaphragm Grommets can be pierced to allow a range of different-sized wires to pass through.

Ideal for tight radii in panel cut-outs and holes, our Grommet Strips protect against damage from sharp panel edges. The Grommet Strips are supplied in natural polythene.

Standard Grommets protect wires and cables passing through panels. Our black PVC grommets are supplied in a wide range of sizes, in Black PVC and also in black thermoplastic rubber which resists oil and greases and can withstand temperatures from -40ēC to +130ēC.

For enclosures with more than 2mm wall thickness, our dust tight Push In Twin Component Grommets are ideally suited, offering quick and easy mounting. Rated at IP66, the Push In Twin Component Grommets have a temperature range of -40ēC to +80ēC, intermittent to approximately 100ēC.

Our Screw In Twin Component Grommets are designed for applications with threaded holes or fixing without locknut. Rated at IP66, the Screw In Twin Component Grommets are dust tight, and offer quick and easy mounting. Temperature range is -30ēC to +80ēC, intermittent to approximately +100ēC.Screw In Twin Component Grommets are made of grey polyamide / thermoplastic elastomer.

Our Strain Relief Membrane Entry is suitable for applications where space is limited and flexibility and appearance are important. Strain Relief Membrane Entry has a temperature range of -40ēC to +65ēC, is UV resistant and has a rating of IP65/ 67. Strain Relief Membrane Entry is made of grey polyamide / thermoplastic elastomer.

Our nylon / thermoplastic elastomer Membrane Entry offers quick and easy installation without tools. The Membrane Entry is rated IP67 and has a temperature range of -20ēC to +125ēC. The Membrane Entry is suitable for unthreaded holes.
