Moss Flange Protection products offer a variety of solutions for flange protection. We carry protection parts for DIN sizes from DN 10 to DN 600 covering pressure series from PN 6 to PN 40. Our ANSI ranges range from ½” to 36” and cover pressure groups from 150lbs to 2500lbs.

Wrap-around Flexible Flange Covers protect both flange face and sides, whilst our push-on styles of Flange Protectors combine cost-effective protection with quick application. Our huge range of Flange Discs provides cost-effective face protection and are applied simply with cable ties. Self-Adhesive Flange Discs

Ozone and weather resistant, our Self-Adhesive Flange Discs provide full flange face protection. They withstand temperatures up to 100°C, and are resistant to petrol, oil and non-oxidation acids. Self-Adhesive Flange discs come in a standard thickness of 1.5mm, and are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting.

Featuring flexible fins to ensure snug fit into bores, our Full-Face Flange Protectors are offered in yellow LDPE. The Full-Face Flange Protectors are designed for flanges to DIN 2627-2638, 150, BS5504 and ANSIB16,5. Our Full-Face Flange Protectors protect against dirt, moisture, paint, sand and shot blasting

Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit, attached simply with cable ties, and provide cost-effective face protection. Typically used in pipe manufacture, pipeline construction and in storage and transportation of pipes. Our flange protection discs are flat, uniform and easy to store. Flange protection discs are available in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings: DIN Flanges DN 10 to DN 600 - Pressure Groups PN 6, 10, 16, 25 and 40 ANSI Flanges 1/2inch to 32inch - Pressure Groups 150, 300, 600 and 900 lbs.
